Phyllis lives in Grass Valley, but is in the Bay Area often. I think the flexibility of working 'together remotely' has been a key to my progress and to sticking with the program. We meet weekly by phone for in-depth conversations about the previous week's training and the upcoming week's plan; use trainingpeaks.com to monitor/ manage training (she enters plan, I upload data, she reviews it); and she comes to the Bay Area regularly allowing us to work 1:1 on skills and techniques. I also call or email her when I have questions. She's incredibly accessible, supportive, knowledgeable, works around my schedule and knows just how hard to push me. In our high tech, busy world, this has worked perfectly, helping me get in at least 10 hours of bike, strength, and cross-training per week.
